Meet the people who created 18 On The Rocks! These two men came together, and with their experience and visions, they are unstoppable!

Patrick Adani (Owner)

Both owners, Patrick Adani and Doug Thompson, have experience developing menus, hiring and training kitchen and serving staff, negotiating contracts with suppliers, designing dining rooms, and establishing corporate guidelines for both the fine dining and casual dining markets. To make things even more exciting, these gentleman understand that a true restaurant experience is not just serving great food, it’s the whole package – entertainment, great customer service, and of course, environment. Years of experience, recipes perfected over time, and fantastic customer service is what these experienced owners are offering to you with their new venture, 18 on the Rocks. You are invited to come in and meet the owners, have a great time at the tiki bar, listen to live music, and enjoy items from the wonderfully crafted menu.

Doug Thompson (Owner)
